My experience with The Royal Henley is unique, having just returned home after surgery and several days Respite Care following hip replacement. My husband and I surveyed the likeliest facilities in the area prior to surgery and decided on The Royal Henley. I am more than satisfied that the care and ambiance exceeded our expectations. Friends who visited were positively impressed.

Due to an unfortunate and unplanned healthcare event I found myself in the position of requiring assistance to get back on my feet in a safe and secure environment. After careful research by my daughters Joann Christie and Linda Harendorf (Sobara), we choose the Royal Henley Retirement Residence due to its strong respite/ rehabilitation component. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff have treated me like family going above and beyond. Daily activities are client centered and are not only appropriate but entertaining. Care plans are tailored to individual needs and provide a worry free environment for families. I am pleased to say I am on the mend and look forward to visiting my new friends on a regular basis. Thank you to all the staff at The Royal Henley Retirement Residence.

I am very grateful to the staff, who have gone out of their way, to accept and read the emails I send my aunt while I'm away.

My thank you again to the Royal Henley's entire staff, not only for all the excellent care and service, but also the sincere and respectful attention you've shown my aunt in her neediest time.

We have made many new friends, are enjoying excellent meals; feel more secure both health wise and with support. We are participating in activities that are familiar, and with ones we have never tried before. The staff take good care of us and help us anyway they can – at the same time recognizing our individuality and privacy.

At this time in our lives, moving to The Henley was an excellent choice and we have no regrets.

This is my new home and I am very happy.

Our aunt has recently moved into The Royal Henley. The staff have been caring and compassionate making this transition as easy as it could be in COVID 2020. They have been patient, answered questions and taken care of her very well. She says the food is outstanding! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place for their loved ones!
